CMS deputy admin talks new rules, interoperability and freeing data

Dr. Nuria Ruiz Hombrebueno says Madrid's Regional Government has created a Ministry for Digitalization and a Directorate General for Digital Health to drive interoperability, AI, data and remote monitoring initiatives across the region.
